These Terms are intended to help create a safe, positive, and responsible community while allowingAmbassadors the freedom to bring kindness into their own communities.

1. Six-Month Ambassador Commitment

Participation in the Wildly Kind Ambassador Program is a six-month commitment.

During each six-month Ambassador term, Ambassadors agree to:

Complete six Wildly Kind-approved acts of kindness, approximately one per month.

Obtain approval from Wildly Kind before completing any kindness act for which Wildly Kind provides funding or reimbursement.

Use any funds or supplies provided by Wildly Kind only for their approved purpose.

Document each approved act of kindness and participate in collaborative content related to those acts when requested.

Participate in six video collaborations, approximately one per month, during the six-month term.

Create and share content that reflects the mission, values, and spirit of Wildly Kind.

Represent Wildly Kind positively and professionally throughout the Ambassador term.

Use reasonable efforts to promote Wildly Kind, increase awareness of the organization, and encourage others to become part of the Wildly Kind community and membership program.

Maintain "Wildly Kind Ambassador" in the Ambassador's Instagram bio or primary social-media profile throughout the six-month term.

Clearly disclose their relationship with Wildly Kind when promoting the organization, products, memberships, or other opportunities when disclosure is required.

Avoid ambassador partnerships or promotional relationships that directly compete or materially conflict with the Ambassador's relationship with Wildly Kind.

Refrain from conduct that could reasonably cause material harm to Wildly Kind, its community, mission, or reputation.

Ambassadors understand that consistency is an important part of the Program. The six-month commitment is designed to create an active community of individuals who regularly participate in kindness, storytelling, and the growth of the Wildly Kind mission.

2. Ending Your Ambassador Commitment

Ambassadors may choose to end their participation in the Program at any time by providing Wildly Kind with 60 days' notice.

During the 60-day notice period, the Ambassador remains an active Ambassador and is expected to continue fulfilling the applicable Program commitments described in these Terms.

Wildly Kind reserves the right to suspend or end an Ambassador's affiliation with the Program at any time, including when an Ambassador repeatedly fails to meet Program commitments or engages in conduct inconsistent with Wildly Kind's mission, values, safety expectations, or these Terms.

Upon the conclusion or termination of an Ambassador's participation, the individual must stop representing themselves as a current Wildly Kind Ambassador and remove "Wildly Kind Ambassador" from their social-media bio or profile.

3. Ambassador Relationship

Wildly Kind Ambassadors voluntarily participate in acts of kindness, community activities, challenges, events, content collaborations, and other opportunities inspired or organized by Wildly Kind.

Participation in the Ambassador Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or other formal business relationship between an Ambassador and Wildly Kind.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, Ambassadors do not have authority to enter into agreements, make commitments, incur expenses, collect funds, make representations, or otherwise act legally on behalf ofWildly Kind.

Ambassadors may describe themselves as a "Wildly Kind Ambassador" while actively participating in theProgram.

Wildly Kind may provide Ambassadors with suggested acts of kindness, monthly challenges, supplies, resources, funding or reimbursements, event opportunities, or other activities.

Ambassadors may also choose to perform their own acts of kindness outside of activities specifically organized, approved, funded, or supplied by Wildly Kind.

When participating in any activity, Ambassadors are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment, respecting personal boundaries, obtaining necessary permission, following property and venue rules, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Wildly Kind does not require an Ambassador to participate in an activity they believe is unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or outside their comfort level.

5. Independently Purchased or Distributed Items

Wildly Kind may occasionally provide Ambassadors with specific items or materials to distribute as part of an approved Wildly Kind activity.

Ambassadors may independently choose to purchase, prepare, obtain, or distribute additional items as part of their own acts of kindness.

Any food, beverages, gifts, products, personal-care products, supplies, or other items that are not directly provided by Wildly Kind are obtained and distributed solely at the Ambassador's discretion and responsibility.

Wildly Kind does not supervise, inspect, prepare, manufacture, store, transport, control, or guarantee independently sourced items.

Ambassadors are responsible for determining whether independently distributed items are safe and appropriate and for complying with applicable food-safety requirements, allergy considerations, permits, regulations, venue requirements, and other applicable rules.

Ambassadors may not represent independently sourced items as having been supplied, inspected, approved, or guaranteed by Wildly Kind.

6. Food and Beverage Distribution

If an Ambassador independently chooses to prepare, purchase, handle, transport, or distribute food or beverages that were not directly provided by Wildly Kind, the Ambassador assumes responsibility for doing so safely and lawfully.

This includes responsibility for appropriate food handling, storage, temperature control, sanitation, ingredient and allergen considerations, packaging, and any permits or licenses that may be required.

By voluntarily participating, Ambassadors acknowledge and accept the risks reasonably associated with their chosen activities.

Ambassadors are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for their individual circumstances and abilities.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wildly Kind and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, claims, expenses, or liabilities arising from an Ambassador's independent conduct, independently organized activities, violation of law or third-party rules, or distribution of items not directly supplied by Wildly Kind.

Ambassadors may be encouraged to document acts of kindness through photographs, videos, or social-media content.

Ambassadors are responsible for respecting the privacy and consent of individuals appearing prominently in their content, particularly minors.

Participation in the Program does not give Ambassadors permission to photograph, record, or publish another person's likeness where consent is legally required.

When identifying themselves as Wildly Kind Ambassadors, Ambassadors should avoid posting content that could reasonably imply Wildly Kind endorses unlawful, dangerous, discriminatory, or intentionally harmful conduct.
