About WildlyKind

WildlyKind is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit founded during the Covid19 pandemic - a time when people have been faced with serious mental health challenges. For our Founder, Kayla, it was a time when an already unhealthy relationship with alcohol progressed into prevalent alcohol abuse and she found herself struggling with her consumption daily.

✨With the support of many loved ones, Kayla found sobriety on August 12, 2020.✨

This newly found sobriety meant a complete rediscovery of self. With the urge to bring more kindness to the world Kayla became involved in her community by making weekly care packages for the houseless community, buying groceries for people at her local market, and leaving positive affirmation notes around her community.

For Kayla performing random acts of kindness in the community became a coping skill for maintaining her sobriety and people’s reactions to these random acts of kindness made it clear that there is a desperate need for more kindness in our community, and…

WildlyKind was born.

“You never know who may be one random act of kindness away from a breakthrough.”

-Kayla Nestor, Founder
